    Come on a journey of discovery, investigating and responding to the natural landscape through ephemeral art. Explore this contemporary artform and learn how we can use nature to create sensitive and engaging work preserved purely through photography.

    In this 8 week course you will learn how to:

    - explore and respond to our natural spaces

    - create on-site and off-site drawing

    - make colour palettes from natural objects

    - use site specific materials

    - document your work through photography.

    Times and dates: 1 day per week for 8 weeks. 9:30am to 2:30pm.

  • Introduction to sculpture

    Embark on the exciting artform of making three-dimensional forms by learning how to use tools and explore the endless possibilities of sculptural materials.

    In this 8 week course you will learn:

    - How to use a variety of tools

    - Additive and assemblage sculpture techniques

    - Reductive sculpture techniques and how to understand planes

    - How to model in monster clay

    - Casting and moulding techniques (choosing 1 of 3 as above)

    - The exciting possibilities of materiality

    - Scale small vs large

    - New technologies in sculpture

    - How to scan and print your work

    Times and dates: 1 day per week for 8 weeks. 9:30am to 2:30pm.

  • Cosplay and prop making

    Our Cosplay course, also known as costume play, explores this exciting and ever growing artform. Learn how to come up with original and unique ideas to create an authentic character from the deep depths of your imagination. You will then learn how to combine and manipulate materials to create interesting forms and textures.

    The course cumulates in a photography session bringing your character to life.

    There is no age limit for cosplay!!!

    In this 6 week course you will learn:

    - How to use creative thinking techniques to come up with unique and original ideas

    - How to develop your ideas through concept sketching and planning

    - How to use a variety of sculptural techniques and materials to create different forms and effects

    - How to bring your character to life in a supportive and fun studio environment

    Cost: $495

    Times and dates: 1 day per week for 6 weeks. 9:30am to 2:30pm.

  • Intermediate drawing

    This course is designed to hone in and build upon your drawing skills taking a deeper look at the importance of line, tone, composition, proportion, perspective and mark making- using and combining a range of drawing mediums and techniques.

    Your newly discovered drawing skills will then be applied to a drawing project allowing your creativity to emerge with confidence in a supportive and fun learning environment.

    Cost: $495

    Times and dates: 1 day per week for 8 weeks. 9:30am to 2:30pm.

  • Intermediate painting

    This course is designed to hone in and build upon your painting skills investigating colour theory and taking a deeper look at the importance of line, tone, composition, proportion, perspective and mark making- using and combining a range of painting mediums and techniques.

    Your newly discovered painting skills will then be applied to a painting project allowing your creativity to emerge with confidence in a supportive and fun learning environment.

    Cost: $495

    Times and dates: 1 day per week for 8 weeks. 9:30am to 2:30pm.

  • Get exhibition ready

    Learn the in’s and out’s of developing a cohesive body of work, how to professionally present your work, how to prepare for and plan an exhibition and partake in an actual exhibition.

    In this 8 week course you will navigate the rewarding and challenging experience of preparing and exhibiting a body of work, navigating the experience with your peers in a collaborative, supportive and fun learning environment.
